(makes 8)
7 tbsp soft margarine
100g caster sugar
two gigantic eggs
100g self-raising flour
100g plain chocolate chips
Process:
- put 8 muffin cases in a cake pan.
- put the margarine, sugar, eggs & flour in a gigantic bowl & wisk till smooth.
- add the cocolate chips a spoonfull at a time.
- bake the cakes in a preheated oven, 190c/375f, for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
