Chocolate Ice Cream

Ingredients:

Milk - 2 cups
Fresh cream - 1/4 cup
Cocoa powder - 2 tsp
Corn flour - 4 tsp
Sugar - 11/2 cups
Method:
1. Powder sugar.
2. Mix corn flour in 1/4 cup of milk.
3. Boil the remaining milk in a pan.
4. Add corn flour mix and when contents thicken, remove pan from the stove.
5. Add cocoa powder, fresh cream, sugar, blend in a mixer and store in the freezer.
6. Serve after 3 hours.
