Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake

INGREDIENTS:

50 gm - Coca Powder

1/2 Tsp - Baking Powder

1 Cup - Caster Sugar

1/2 Cup - Boiling Water

150 gm - Coconut Oil

3 - Eggs

1 pinch - Salt

DIRECTION:

Pre heat oven at 170 degree C

Mix coca powder and boiling water together and set aside.

Beat sugar, oil and eggs for approx 3 minutes to be well smooth.

Now add baking powder and salt into it and beat again.

Add coca mixture init and beat on medium low speed.

Pour the batter into the baking dish and bake for 40 to 45 minutes.

Let the cake to be cool and then release it from the dish to serving platter.

Serve chill.
