
INGREDIENTS:
100 gm - Butter100 gm - Bitter sweet chocolate
100 gm - Semi sweet chocolate
1.25 Cups - Powdered sugar
2 - Whole Eggs
3 - Egg Yolks
1 Tsp - Vanilla
1/2 Cup - All purpose Flour
Vanilla Ice cream - For serving
DIRECTION:
Pre-heat the oven at 220 degree C.Melt butter in a double boiler.
Add bittersweet chocolate, sugar and semi sweet chocolate in butter and beat till chocolate gets melt.
Beat eggs, egg yolks and vanilla into better.
Add all purpose flour and mix well until well combined.
Take a cup cake baking dish and grease it with small amount of oil.
Pour the mixture into the cups and bake for 13 minutes.
Remove the dish from oven and let it be cool.
Dish out the cake into plate and serve it with the vanilla ice cream.
